On the Abpara boulevard walk in the direction of zero point from Marshal bakery for 50 / 100 meters. Just after the first ATM (sometimes long queues of people) there is market area inside a building (iron gates). Enter and take the stairs to the 1-st floor. Its on the right in the corner.
